Many of them are non-verbal. It is not only alright to experience these feelings and awarnesses it is great. Healing is taking place. And many things are being communicated at the soul level. The more we allow these experiences into our consciousness the richer and more fulfilling our lives become. Below are Nancy's experiences. > I was wondering if the things I have been experiencing lately is common. Like when I was talking with you the other day, I had so many things I wanted to say. >Today when I was at school I had this guy helping me with my math. there was many things we could talk about and had quite a wonderful conversion. then we started > talking about what I was working on and when I started to talk to him about yoga, I had all kinds of emotions running in me. and when I went to say I have been learning kundalini yoga, we said it at the same time. >The feeling I felt can be almost explained it felt like our spiritual essence was dancing with each other. * Yes. This is very beautiful. > It was one of the most wonderful experiences. but like when I talked with you, I felt like many things were being exchanged between us, but not in words. * This happens to me all the time. > When someone is learning, is feeling this energy flow all right?
