Hi,

 

I'm new to Kundalini Yoga. I suffer from anxiety, fear, worry and

panic. I have purchased all of the books from the website. Can

someone recommned a practice/meditation that will help me reduce the

above symptoms.

Yes, do long Sat Nam's or 7 wave meditation that are on pages 98 and 99 in

Relax and Renew. I am going to explain these in my next KYT lesson. Do one

or the other for atleast 11 minutes everyday.
