Guest guest Posted August 8, 2000 Report Share Posted August 8, 2000 Regarding Panic Attacks: A meditation that has worked well for me whether indoors or on a noisy street is a visualization from the St. Germaine people. First,imagine a cone of violet light with the apex equal to the distance from the top of your head to the ground. Then, visualize a second cone of white light, double that measure surrounding the violet one. Assign the quality of serenity to everything within that zone. Calm your breathing. If in a disturbing public place, continue moving with purpose, be on your way, and go about your business.
