Guest guest
Hi Linda I had a similar experience the other day - I had a slight back strain, so couldn't do my normal morning navel set, so I ended up doing some stuff that didn't require too much in the way of spinal activity, and finished with the Chair Pose. During my relaxation, my right foot got quite warm too. There is a minor chakra in each of your feet just as there is in your hands too, but I don't know exactly what it is that impacts on these various chakras to energize them. I'm sure that someone on here can explain more about it. Sat Nam! Experiences occured. Tinglings around the head and between the eyes, feeling a little propeller at the coccyx level, warmth at the chest level. Those sensations disappeared. But now I have another sensation : warmth under the right foot. I never heard or read anything related to this subject. Have you any precise knowledge about what it means. Has someone experienced the same feelings ? Thank you very much for your response. > > Linda >
