Guest guest
I don't know too much about Kundalini at all. Ok, nothing. I just joined this mailing list and didn't realize I'd get stuff like this. I opened yours intending to find the place to say take me off the list, but when I read it, the answer struck me so naturally that I had to advise. I believe that the yoga you're doing is doing its majic on you. No, I'm not a freak wierdo. I've had a good amount of illness in recent years, which yoga and similar disciplines have helped with, tremendously. More than anything, however, I have found that the healing powers of Kundalini, and similar breath/energy work, outshine all else. Remember, there's not only a calm before the storm, but often a storm before the calm. Like a heroin addict getting sick before getting better. (I've seen it in movies, haven't you?) If you can weather the turbulence, and it doesn't feel like you're damaging yourself (change may be uncomfortable and feel bad at first, but try to sense the difference between that and harm), I'd just keep doing what you are, maybe work up to more, and let it happen. namaste, (showing my true roots in Classical yoga) Susan
