Meditation for Yogi Bhajan

> Sat Nam. For the last several years we have been meditating 31 minutes

each

> day for the 11 days (starts tomorrow!) up to Yogi Bhajan/Siri Singh Sahib

> Ji's birthday, August 26. We thought you would also like to participate

in

> this divine opportunity to send your healing prayers to our Teacher.

> As a note: in addition to being a healing meditation for others, this

> meditaiton (see below) will heal your own pain, neuroses, and physical

> body, and bring you a perfect equilibrium in time and space.

> RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG

>

> (This New Mudra was taught December 20, 1999 at Lake Wales, Florida)

>

> Put your hand on the navel with the palm flat. The right arm is at the

side

> of the body, elbow bent, forearm straight up , fingers straight and

> together, palm flat facing forward. Slowly with each cycle of the mantra,

> extend the arm forward and upwards until the arms in extended at to a 45

> degree angle. The hand is in line with the arm, fingers straight , as you

> are giving a blessing. As you chant "Hung" your arm is at full extension.

> Then immediately return to the original position. Continue to chant the

> mantra slowly extending the arm as you chant each cycle. Continue for 31

> minutes. ( This is a continuous mantra, i.e. no long deep breath between

> rounds). Please see the attached diagram.

>

> As a note this Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung audio CD (chanted by Guru Nam

> Singh) is available for sale at Golden Temple Enterprises ( 505-753-0563).
