newsie looking for classes/videos

Hi.

My name is Diana, and I was fortunate enough to stumble across a fantastic

Kundalini yoga instructor in Providence, RI. Unfortunately, I was only able

to take a few classes before i moved to Stamford, CT.

 

I am determined to continue with Kundalini yoga, because I believe that even

in that short time, it began to transform my life. I am hoping someone in

this egroup can tell me:

 

a) if they know of any good instuctors around the Stamford area-- southern

Connecticut or Westchester County, New York is best. I'd rather not go into

Manhattan.

 

b) if they know of any companies which offer good videos for practice, and

until I find a class.

Best thing is to check out the IKYTA Web site -

http://www.kundaliniyoga.com/

They list all the KRI registered instructors world-wide on there. I'm sure

you'll find one in your area.

Can't help with the videos just yet, but Gururattan, our technical director,

is working on new Kundalini Yoga videos at the moment. They should be

available in the course of the next few months - as soon as they are I will

make an announcement about them on here.
