The history of Ayurvedic medicine. 2.) The history of the Golden Temple at Amritsar and the lake upon which it rests. 3.) The history of the line of Sikh gurus going back to the time of Leonardo Da Vinci. A discerning critique of any physical, mental, and spiritual discipline can create a stronger and deeper understanding of its value. Yogiji has said that in the Aquarian times we will know and understand truths before we believe them. Yogic truth is there for anyone to discover through personal experience, rather than by taking a leap of faith for no reason.
