My feeling this is the question behind the question. If you want to go out of the body to explore other dimentions of reality, you can also do this in your body. Within us is the whole universe. The key is that we have to **go inside to experience the universe in the body. There is actually a science for this. I will cover what I know about it in one of the next KYTraining lessons. **The first principle is to be comfortable in your body. This can take a long time for some people. **The second principle is to feel all the sensations in your body and be present to them all the time. That is a big task. So invite you and who ever is interested to get started. Just these two things can expand your awareness and sensititivity, which is the third principle. ** It is all done through expanding sensitivity and awarensess. We start with the feeings in the body. If you read over the lessons I have sent out so far to KYTraining and the Scorpio and Cancer New Millennium Being Newsletter you will notice that I talk about this theme a lot. Guest guest Posted September 2, 2000 Report Share Posted September 2, 2000 Thanks Gururattan,your words make me think in how I am feel in this moment, years ago I felt very bad , but now, since a year, I find a way, I needed something that brings me calm and see the life beautiful because I tried the life how a obscure hole.Now , since I begin to practise meditation , my life is diferent, I have peace, and I enjoy of little things, the life is wonderful! Sometimes I don´t control my anger, but I think is question of time.
