I think that is a great question, and the answer is obviously (D),

all of the above

 

I do know who can answer the question for you: only you. Yoga is not

about taking things on faith, but about tools with which we can

experience truth for ourselves.

 

Perhaps the fact that we see different answers from different

people/paths is part of how we choose the path that is right for us.

Perhaps the different answers are reflections of the differences

between the people exploring the different paths - or perhaps they

are all telling us the same thing in different ways. I am sure you

will know the truth when you experience it - or, I should say,

experience the truth that you already know.
