I'm interested in ways to evolve, and to understand, not only with my intelect, but with all my being, that I'm one with God. Gururattan Kaur said, in a post, that "If you are happy with your body and life, you are certainly ready for the next level of discovery of existence". Gururattan, I understood what you said as an "acceptance" of one's own body and life. Is it so? And if it is, what do you consider it as a necessary step?
