Guest guest
Sat Nam Jacqui: The book "The Mind" suggests two meditations for dealing with fear issues. Please note, however, that there is more to a meditation than the mantra. I'll write up one of them - it is for subconscious blocks, especially around issues of fear: As typical, sit straight, focus at the brow point, hands in gian mudra on the knees. The mantra: Gobinday Mukanday Udaaray Apaaray Hareeang Kareeang Nirnaamay Akaamay It is chanted in a single breath, taking about 15 seconds. To chant it correctly, inhale deeply, pull in the navel, and apply Mulbandh (root lock) as you begin to chant. Pull the Mulbandh a little tighter with each phrase. Exhale/release and repeat for 31 minutes. Many blessings! Sadhant Singh
Guest guest
in addition to the mantras, the greatest way to take care of the fears is to face them.... patience...truth & compassion.... > Sat Nam Jacqui: > > The book "The Mind" suggests two meditations for dealing with fear > issues.
