Guest guest
As I was browsing the 3HO and Kundalini Yoga website, I came across a training session that was being offered in New Mexico. Along with the shocking cost (about $2,000), I noticed that the students would be taught 'Kriyas.' Are these 'Kriyas' the same as in Kriya Yoga or are they different? I understand that 'Kriya Yoga' and the word 'Kriya' has many different meanings - the Kriya I am referring to is the Kriya as taught by Lahiri Mahasaya and Paramahansa Yogananda. I was initiated into Kriya Yoga by a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda (Roy E. Davis) and am familiar with the first level of the Kriya techniques. I understand that there are free courses offered at www.kundaliniyoga.org, but why is it so much to attend a training session with Yogi Bhajan?
