Guest guest
Sat Nam Bambino! Generally speaking, regular practice of any meditation will aid the memory. Be sure to use the drishti (eye lock) associated with whichever meditation you are using, as one of the purposes of drishtis is to aid in improving concentration and focus. If no drishti is specified, focus the eyes at the brow point, just between and above the eyebrows. Here is a meditation from "The Mind" called Cross-heart Kirtan Kriya which could be helpful: Cross the forearms below the wrists and hold them in front of the chest. Arms out slighty, palms up, and a little toward the chest. Look down the tips of the nose (eyes 9/10 closed). Chant: Saa taa naa maa With each sound, change mudras, so: Saa=touching thumb to index taa=touching thumb to middle naa=touching thumb to ring maa=touching thumb to little Continue 11-31 minutes. To finish, inhale, hold, roll the eyes up and be completely still. Exhale, relax. Many blessings, Sadhant
