First of all, thank you Sadhant for answering all my queries

(you're right, I have been keeping them in a drawer for quite a long

time, but just because I couldn't find someone who would answer so

precisely and quickly!..).

Secondly, I would like to ask you if you could provide me/us with a

couple of breathwalk exercises.

As you know, I have ordered the book, but it will take quite a long time

all the way over to Europe.

I'd love to start now doing something in this direction.

And (last question!), do you do the KY tuning in and out also with

breathwalk?

Bless you, sat sarbat k.

Dear Sat Sarbat:

Glad to help - and very glad to have Gururattan "standing behind me"

to correct me, too. Thanks GKK!

A complete BreathWalk program is actually quite involved, more than I

want to try to explain here. Instead, go to the BreathWalk website

(www.breathwalk.com). They describe how the whole system works, and

also provide a complete program to try out.

No, we don't. BW is designed to appeal to everyone, including people

who might be uncomfortable with spiritual types of things, and we are

encouraged to keep it pretty physical and use language that is

designed to avoid putting anyone off. If they connect to the yogic

aspects of the BW (you'll see what I mean), you can always invite

them to your yoga class :)

Love & blessings!

Sadhant
