Guest guest
Hello everyone I've noticed people asking for help with various problems like depression, forgetfulness, and fear. Besides being caused from low physical vitality, these types of problems often also have some form of emotional conflict behind them. Flower R emedies keep coming to my mind, particularly Bach's Rescue Remedy which is probably sold at just about every herb and health food store. Rescue Remedy is a good one to begin with as it is very useful as an all purpose remedy for any type of physical, emotional, or mental stress. It is a homeopathic preparation of five different flowers. It is actually more potent when diluted, and so a small bottle could last for months, and is thus very very inexpensive. To dilute it, fill a one ounce dropper bottle with good water, or water with a few teaspoons of brandy in it, and then add 5 drops from the Rescue Remedy stock bottle and shake vigorously 5 or 10 times. Take several drops up to a whole dropperful under the tongue orally as many times a day as desired. I've seen it work miracles. Guest guest
It has been my experience also that depression comes from a state of lack, meaning there is more concentration on what is lacking (or the problem) than what you actually do have (or the solution). I believe anytime that you are feeling fear or depression it is a sign that you are disconnected from your true self. You are believing in a universe of lack, which is not the case. It is easy to get stuck in a belief system that really no longer serves your highest good. Meditation and Yoga can bring you closer to all that really is. When feeling negative the first thing I do is stop, look for what I want and why, I look for things that make me happy and try to stay that way. We live in an abundant universe, there is plenty for all who seek. We chose to be here. We chose the contrast so that we can grow, learn, and prosper. Guest guest
Dear Friends, I want to add to this insightful discussion on depression that there are three meditations in my manual Relax and Renew to deal with depression. They are found on pages 131, 135, 136. Also to deal with the immediate situation and change your emotional state breath through your right nostril (close off left with one finger.) This creates fire energy and lifts you up. Then DO something. Take action for yourself. Also 3 or more minutes of breath of fire will certainly change your state of being.
