Sat Nam Alisha!

The book Owners' Manual for the Human Body has a set titled "To Make

the Skin Radiant", as well as a group of kriyas that work

specifically on glandular (endocrine) balance. Gururattan's

Transitions to a Heart-Centered World has a section

titled "Strengthening the Immune System" - many of those sets work on

the glandular system or aspects of it (there is significant overlap

between the endocrine system and the immune system - for example,

hormones important to the immune system are produced by the thymus,

hypothalamus and pituitary glands).

BTW, one of the reasons that you are encouraged to focus at the brow

point is that this action stimulates the pituitary gland and massages

the connection between hypothalamus and pituitary, encouraging and

mediating the general glandular stimulation providing by all the

activities of Kundalini yoga.

THere are also dietary things that are helpful for the skin, as in

lecithin, turmeric, wheat, almond oil, rosehips, chamomile tea, green

grapes, and papaya (from YB's Foods for Health and Healing). He also

suggests some external treatments, including mustard oil, olive oil,

and something called chidee, for which he includes the recipe. I

highly recommend this book.

With love and blessings,

Sadhant
