Guest guest
Sat Nam - I have seen and heard a few different methods for focussing on the 3rd eye (or brow point) and would like some help. I have a yoga video that shows the teacher rolling her eyes upward for 3rd eye focus. I have also read that 3rd eye focus is achieved by staring at the tip of the nose with eyes 9/10 shut. This causes a crossing of the optic nerve and stimulates the pituitary gland. The third method I remember is to focus the 3rd eye by imagining a 3 dimensional spot that is located between the eye brows, but about 1 inch into the head. Is this another one of those nit picking questions? Or is the answer that there is one precise way of doing brow point focus? Thanks. /Karen ____________NetZero Free Internet Access and Email_________ Download Now http://www.netzero.net/download/index.html Request a CDROM 1-800-333-3633 _________
