Guest guest
Dear Peggy Sue and Friends, I would personally like to request no more discussion of the Rickross site. These discussions only lead to unsubscriptions of the people who are trying to get information about KY and want to limit their emails to the topic. You can email each other off list or start our own list. > I am not dissuaded at all from my KY yoga practice because the reality of KY's positive effect on my life can not be denied. The proof of any practice is in the result. Thanks for sharing! And I do hope to go to New Mexico next summer for the Women's Camp. I wrote recently to 3HO Foundation to see if I could defray costs by presenting a workshop. If it is true that people without money are shunned I guess I'll find out. 3HO does not shun people without money. They have a work exchange program that people can apply for for all the programs. This does not include giving workshops as the program is packed with the program that Yogi Bhajan has set out. > Kundalini Yoga has already given me so much it is beyond price. One idea is to start your own KY classes at this time and help as many people as posssible with what you know and what has helped you. I know there is the teachers training program and it is best to get the training, but all of us old timers started out with hardly any training. We were told--go teach what you know. Even if it is just spinal flex. That one exercise alone can change someone's life. Or breath of fire. Give and you will certainly receive the gift of attending the programs you wish to attend. I would like to suggest this to everyone. I am starting early because I would like to see as many of you as possible at the Solstice Celebration in June. And who knows you may get inspired and attend the Master's Touch Teachers Training Course. See you next summer!! :+) Many blessings, Gururattan Kaur
