Guest guest
Sat Nam Lim: Gyan mudra: thumb and index fingertips touching tightly enough to feel your pulse, or to feel energy flow up your arm, but not so tight that they turn white. In meditation poses such as easy pose (the most basic cross-legged position) or half or full lotus, the arms are resting on the knees with the palms up and the elbows straight. BTW, Gururattan Kaur has kindly provided a wealth of basic information about asanas, mudras, bhandas, mantras, pranayama, chakras and so forth on her web site, with helpful pictures and in- depth descriptions. This is a great place to go for all sorts of useful information about how to practice KY - there are a series of classes that include a variety of meditations and yoga sets, too. People are always happy to answer questions, but in many cases you will find that it is faster to go here and get exactly the information you want than to wait for somebody to answer: kundalini yogacontents.html Love & blessings, Sadhant
