Guest guest
Dear fellow fasters: YB says on juice fasts: "only with extreme caution and wisdom... toxins are released very rapidly but there is nothing in the juice to form a stool, so the toxins may not be properly eliminated, causing severe problems...the rapid release of toxins in itself may cause extreme fatigue, weakness, and malaise". BTW, I'm quoting from Food for Health and Healing, which has lots of advice about fasting, including juice fasts. Blessings! Sadhant
