Thank you so much for this bit of encouragement. because it confirms the

feelings I have inside that it's not the point to get mad at ones self

for having problem once in a while, but to find in your heart how to

bridge your day to at least make it woke for you. when I started KY a

few months ago, I would do a few days and quite. I would feel bad and

stop for a week, not to long ago I started just working on a set each

morning or day and I am finding the strength to keep interested.

especially mornings my energy is down, I pull my self out of bed and

just do some thing I feel good about. I have not started a 40 day set, I

am not sure where I would find one to start. but all I know is when I am

ready for a 40 day set then I will be able to find the information. So

when I was reading some of the notes lately I felt bad that I must be

doing something wrong. reading your note today helped me feel lots

better. thank you love Nancy Buxton
