Although I had planned to move within the next month or so this sudden change does create feelings of anxiety and fears of financial repercussions. Any suggestions for some exercises or meditations to ease anxiety due to change? Also I wanted to add how much I enjoy being on the list and that I do feel a tremendous sense of well being, continuity and affection from reading the posts. Thank you all. Guest guest Posted September 22, 2000 Report Share Posted September 22, 2000 Dear Julie: GKK's book "Relax and Renew" is full of great sets to deal with stress and tension, although the one I thought of when I read your posting is called "Opportunity and Green Energy" in that book (or the "Prosperity" set in a series by Gurucharan). There is also a meditation for prosperity that she has provided through her astrological e-zine on www.yogatech.com - you can get this meditation by sending a blank e-mail to nmb17. As far as your circumstances go, remember that there are no coincidences in life. Everything happens for a reason, even if those reasons are not always clear to us at the time.
