Guest guest
Sat Nam, Please do not forget that the initial "Awakening" experience can be quite rough. Particularly when you are not prepared for it. A powerful connection is certainly achieved, and there are many benefits, but please have guidance when pursuing this. Blessings, Julia
Guest guest
Sat Nam, Thank you so much for writing. I have confirmed my request for online training. I agree that having a guide would be benfitial. My body system is fairly slow and I'm not anticipating any sudden changes, but then again I am new to this. Thanks for the word of caution. Sincerely, Jeff Starn in Modesto,California
Guest guest
Dear friends: >Please do not forget that the initial "Awakening" experience can be >quite rough. Particularly when you are not prepared Certainly a teacher (or many) is a good idea when pursuing a spiritual path. But KY is carefully designed so that the difficult awakening experiences (that do occur spontaneously or through the practice of other paths)simply don't occur with KY. To my knowledge, FWIW, in the 30 years it has been taught there hasn't been one. Many people I know live in areas where there simply aren't any teachers available, and they simply use the technology as presented in the various books available - no problem, no difficulty. With many practices it is essential to have a teacher - and then one still gets difficult awakening experiences! Not so with KY. It is designed to make the awakening gentle and safe. You are the teacher and the Adi Mantra "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo" connects you to the higher teacher. Follow the teachings with attention and mindfulness and there is nothing to fear. No matter what, there is nothing to fear All love surround you! Sadhant
