Guest guest Posted October 2, 2000 Report Share Posted October 2, 2000 Sat nam Sadath and members of the KY egroup Thanks for your feed back and the tip for meditation for enhancing memory and concentration by following the Cross-heart Kirtan Kriya. I have tried it for the past week and find that it is helpful. I will send my feed back as my memory improves. A quick question- When I close my eyes 9/10th and focus at the tip of the nose I experience a slight strain on my forehead is this normal when one does this meditation.
