Hello to everyone within the kundalini yoga group. I would like to just

introduce myself, if I may.

 

I have been practising a very physical form of yoga for about 2 years now.

Just recently the yoga teacher left the group and was replaced by a guy

called Amrit. He explained that he teaches a different kind of yoga and

although I thoroughly enjoyed the previous techniques, I thought I'd give

it a go. Am I glad.! I have now taken part in about 8 sessions and I

can't believe how enjoyable and powerful it is!

I am a busy mum with 3 children. My daughters (twins) are aged 9 and my

son is 6. Stress levels can be fairly high at times and being a mother is

a full time job, plus I had lost a sense of who I am. Kundalini yoga has

already, in such a short space of time, allowed me to relax, let go of

reality a little and just be' me'.
