Guest guest
Sat Nam Shakti MOM wow Mom it seems like you have a lot on your plate. You should try breath of fire a few times a day, in one minute intervals. Try to do it with your mind quiet and centered. I find that that slows my mind down. Just enough so that I can find nothing in it but bliss, if only for a few minutes. love B, Joe
Guest guest
I am also new to the list. I have been an at-home, book & video, off and on yoga person for, well, 5 years now. I feel it is part of my life and one of the best parts. I signed up to this list hoping to learn more from others who practice yoga, since I can't at this time make it to an outside class. I am self employed stay at home homeschooling mom, working 38 hours a day. The most simple, brief yoga breathing/resting practices are saving me right now from the "Too Much". Thanks, CK
