Guest guest
Sat Nam to everyone, I'm close to finish the 40 days of two meditations (9 days left) and I started struggling with them. Can't get concentrated anymore, sometimes I really think that I'm loosing my time. This has been going on for the past four days. Before that I had been having flashes for about one week while doing those meditations and would see faces of people who were suffering very much. Those faces were so real that I could have drawn them on a sheet of paper afterwards, but yet I knew none of them. I suffered with those people so much that it really depressed me. Some were sick, some were at war, some had lost their child, some were asking me help, some wouldn't see me. A real nightmare. >From one day to the other those visions disappeared and now I keep on thinking very superficial and stupid things while meditating. I heard that one should stop for a while if this happens. Is this true? Anyway, I want to finish my 40 days. Can anyone help me? Many blessings to all, Sat Sarbat Kaur
Guest guest
Dear Sat Sarbat, No, don't stop! Go through it. Prevail. It is a great thing that you are having these experiences even if they are not pleasant. It means your system is cleaning up. These things can be anything - memories from a long time ago (maybe even previous lives), or things you heard or seen or read about. They come up so that you can deal with them and once you do that they won't bother you anymore. You are on the way to something great. Keep up. Guest guest
Thanks a lot, Satsang Kaur. Your message has really motivated me. Definitely I won't stop doing the meditations. By the way, your name is beautiful. What does it mean? .... and thanks of course also to Sadhant. You are always giving me the right advice and you use your personal experience for it... it's good to see that someone goes or has gone through the same problems!... Many blessings, Sat Sarbat Kaur
Guest guest
focus your mind on your third eye's absolute center point, but don't let that point be considered of you ... surely it is with you. from the with that center without cover, you should be able to see past all that can be confused and dissected to all, even suffering, there is a quiet center, a point from which there can be no confusion also stay quiet aware of the gobs presence in all and what role it has for you with in this suffering and ambient distraction, don't just become frustrated, or even back down simple look to the God presence, if it has something different to allow your consciousness to flow with, follow that.and be sure of this connection i hope that my words are useful, i have not yet experienced yoga, true (infinate)yoga. so i can not claim to 'know' i only wish to share with you that which is of my humble beginnings. love and blessings Joe
