This brings your energy back to yourself and gradually removes the energy of your ex-lover. It is an auric cleansing that will help you. Alot of the pain you feel is auric pain from the separation from the intertwining of auras with your lover. This meditation will help you. Do it every day for 31 minutes for at least 90 days.
