There do also teacher training, which I strongly suggest you to join, if you want to learn in a relative short time. The "headquarters" of 3HO in Germany is in Hamburg and their number is: 040 47 90 99. There you'll get information on classes and courses all over Germany. All the best! A simple question for the start, cause I am not familiar with the east spirituality. What does the words 'Sat Nam' and at the end 'Sat Sarbat' mean ? All the best.
