Guest guest
Hi Victor! Sat Nam is a fundamental in Kundalini Yoga and probably the most widely used mantra. It is also called the Seed Mantra. Sat means truth and Nam means identity: God/your identity is the truth. Through this mantra you call on the truth of the existence. It is chanted three times at the end of each KY class. During classes it is suggested to think Sat while inhaling and Nam while exhaling, in order to help you controlling the flow of thoughts while concentrating on what "really" is. It is also a greeting. Tha's why you found it in my message. Sat Sarbat Kaur is the spiritual name that the Siri Singh Sahib - Yogi Bhajan, our Master, has given to me. Everybody can request his/her spiritual name to the Siri Singh Sahib. This name is your destiny and represents what you are supposed to learn in this life. Sat Sarbat means universal truth (I'm still in the process to find out what I have to learn ...) I'm Italian, living in Austria but come to Germany (Munich) about every weekend for different Kundalini Yoga courses, including the teacher course that I suggested to you. With Kundalini Yoga you discovered something that can change your life; don't miss it!.. All the best and love, Sat Sarbat Kaur > Are you coming from Germany too ? > A simple question for the start, cause I am not familiar with the > east spirituality. What does the words 'Sat Nam' and at the end > 'Sat Sarbat' mean ?
Guest guest
Hi Sat Sarbat Kaur, Thanks for your help and the description. >Sat Sarbat Kaur is the spiritual name that the Siri Singh Sahib - Yogi >Bhajan, our Master, has given to me. Everybody can request his/her >spiritual name to the Siri Singh Sahib. This name is your destiny and >represents what you are supposed to learn in this life. > Does this mean I could request for a name to the Siri Singh Sahib (who is this ?), too. What must they know about me and how could I contact them ? Best wishes and light to you Victor
