Three days ago, I used some Amethyst and actually had a very intense meditation with my 3rd eye & crown chakras. My problem is that this has stimulated what I believe is the Kundalini energy from my root chakra to a point where I can not control the energy flow and is causing me great discomfort.The energy is building up in the root chakra and then involuntarily releasing through my skull, sometimes causing pain in my spine and head. My whole body feels out of balance. The sensation is that everything is vibrating at a higher level. How can I stop or reduce this so I have control? Can the Kundalini be suppressed in any way? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there anyone in Melbourne, Australia who I can visit that may be able to assist me. Many thanks.
