A few weeks ago I made my first attempt to Kundalini yoga. I bought the

Living Arts tape. I am getting dizzy from some of the exercises. I am

wondering if this is my equilibrium or this is common to others in the

beginning. The room spins for 30-60 seconds after I quit an exercise.

It is not with all the exercises but with the circular movements. My

sister tells me not to continue but to go back to hatha yoga. Does

anyone have ideas for me?
