Unfortunately I have no classes of this type near me, so I am delighted to meet all of you! I like to hear from some of you, what is your advice to someone starting practicing Kundalini Yoga? What made you stick with it? Also what exactly is a kirya? I get pleasant sensations in the spine when meditating and during normal activities in the day, but so what.
