Guest guest
Hi My name is Mike, from UK. I've had a go at KY a few years ago, but i just bought the Gurmukh book '8 Human talents' and found it inspiring! I find it difficult to sustain roling up my eyes to 3rd eye point. Any advice? Is there a 'trick' or is it just practice? I know it is important, and my eyes do seem drawn to that point. Guest guest
Sat Nam Mike! It certainly becomes easier with practice - here is a tip which is helpful: Put your arms straight out to the sides, palms up and do breath of fire for 2 plus minutes before meditation. This balances the brain and makes it easier to concentrate at the third eye. (concentrating at the tip or base of nose activates the third eye.) Blessings, Sadhant
Guest guest
Hi Mike, Something I learned during a yoga retreat: Take some of your saliva and put it at your sixth chakra (third eye). You will notice a cooling sensation in that area and will automatically focus there. Do this as many times as you find necessary. Sat Nam, Sheila B. Guest guest
What works best for me is to concentrate my mind on the area of the forehead where the Ajna Center resides. When your mind attaches to a place, then you are there. ~jumbledance~ --- This message was sent by Cosmiverse. http://www.cosmiverse.com Get Your Free Email Account Today!
