Guest guest
Dear Inti and Sadhant, I had a similar experience to Inti when I began doing the Five Rites, or the Five Tibetans as they are sometimes called. I think Sadhant's version is a little different - I know some time ago he gave a detailed posting about the sequence of this kriya which wasn't the same as the one I do. The version I learned is the same as the one Inti does - there is another book about it called The Five Tibetans available from amazon.com ( I don't remember the name of the author). I've seen the Five Rites described four different places but all with the same sequence. Anyway, I've been doing the Five Rites for years , and in the begining my strange spaced out , weird feeling lasted a whole week. I backed off and gradually worked up to the 21 times. I would urge anyone begining this sequence to use caution, no matter how long you've been practising yoga. It's much more powerful than it appears. Guest guest
Could you summarize this technique? More on mind control? Guest guest
Sat Nam Gabriele: Here is a pointer to the way my teacher taught me the 5 Tibetans, a longevity kriya: /message/Kundaliniyoga/2798 Apparently there is a book by the same name which describes a somewhat different kriya. Blessings, Sadhant
