Guest guest
As a new person taking a Kundalini yoga class. I been fascinated on the exercise designed to work on different gland, organs and sytems in the body. The area I have the most diffuculty is with my teeth and gums. No matter how much I floss and brush. I am wondering if anyone has any natural solutions either with yoga or other practises. Guest guest
Hi Deb, I have run into several articles lately that say that most folks do not keep their toothbrushes clean and sterile enough. I now keep mine in a peroxide bottle half full of Colloidal Silver water. I hear that hydrogen peroxide works well to. I change the C/S every few days, and I make sure that the brush is well rinsed before storeing it also. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Dear Deb, There is a product called Ipsab. It comes in a two ounce bottle and costs about $7. You rub the liquid on your gums and then rince your mouth out with it before going to bed. (Don't drink water right after.) It is supposed to be very effective. Let us know if you try it, if it works. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur

When you wash your skin clean, and clear all the bacteria from your house you are limiting your exposure to it, which in turn degrades your defences against them. They have been studies of modern households where children must wash hands all the time and the houe is sterile and it was found that these childrens had little defence against bacteria and were likely to develop infection quicker. Well there is good and bad aspects in all things. Steve Mclachlan
