Guest guest Posted November 5, 2000 Report Share Posted November 5, 2000 hi all, as i was searching for the 5 tibetains book i found the "awakening kundalini" book with a tape by the same author (c. kilham). i wonder if any of u already read this book and the tape and can give me opinions about it. i am searching for tapes or cd for kundalini yoga practice and wonder if this book and tape (awakening kundalini) would be a good buy (same for the 5 tibetains, i heard a lot about it but not a lot of feedback..). any other tape/cd suggestions would also help! greetings from hamburg, m-c Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
