Guest guest
Hello to all, I have been lurking for the past month and reading up on Kundalini yoga , and recently tried some of the excercises from the Yoga Technology Press books I ordered. I have stimulated a goosebump like tingly feeling starting an my back that goes to my head and then subsides when quietly breathing and performing spine flexes in easy pose. I haven't stimulated the goosebump feeling while performing breath of fire and holding a position. However after breath of fire the tingly feeling stays for a longer period of time. Am I on the right track? From what I gathered from others it seems right. Input is encouraged. I like the anise recipes and have a question abou the yogi tea. Can the peppercorns be dried or do they need to be fresh? I have found everything else. Any and all suggstions are encouraged......especially for great tasting herbal teas enjoying myself, hope you are too! Jeff
