The more the trouble is ignored, the greater is the fear that accompanies it, and thus, becomes a nightmare. Perhaps someone can please suggest a kriya for our fears. If you would like, e-mail me offline and I can go into this further if you wish, because there is much more nightmares than I've mentioned here.
