Dear Friends:

I had the privilege of attending a wonderful meditation class last

night. Gurucharan Singh, one of the great teachers of our time, was

in town to teach "Creating a Fulfilled Life". It was a great class,

and something like 50 people came - the energy was wonderful.

At the end of class, he mentioned that today - along with being a

full moon, always an excellent time for meditation, that this was an

important cusp in the current transition from the Piscean to the

Aquarian age, and the the SSS suggests that we chant the Mul Mantra

for 31 minutes today. I just finished it, making it part of my

sadhana today, and it was great!!

Here is the mantra:

Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam

Karta Purakh Nirbao Nirvair

Akaal Moorat Ajoonee Saibhung Gurprasad

Jaap!

Aad Such Jugaad Such Haibhee Such Naanak Hosee Bhee Such

If you haven't chanted this before, there are two tips to get maximal

benefit: pause but don't inhale between Ajoonee and Saibhung, and

emphasize the "ch" sound in the word "Such".

Here is the translation:

One Creator and Creation, Truth Identified

Doer of Everything, Fearless, Revengeless

Undying, Unborn, Self-illumined, Guru's Gift

Repeat!

True in the beginning, true throughout the ages, true even now, Nanak

says Truth shall ever be.

Blessings of love for all of us!

Sadhant Singh

11/11 is also Guru Nanak's birthday. I celebrated by attending my first

white tantric yoga session.

Sat Nam!
