Guest guest
Dear SB: Please remember this: We are not our thoughts, and we are not our body, but we are our spiritual self. If I may please, be allowed to paraphrase from Gururattan's book, "The Destiny of Women is the Destiny of the World," she says: "Your first loyalty is to yourself and to the divine which you embody. Lovingly release attachments to beliefs, systems, people, that are not in alignment with your highest good. Receive the love and nurturing that you deserve from YOURSELF, from your environment, and from the divine universal energies that flow freely through your body." Guest guest
Dear SB: I'm not an expert on this - others have given you suggewstions to get to the core of the problem. But - kundalini yoga requires a positive attitude, and determination to persevere with asanas/ meditations. If you acknowledge this, then maybe you can use this determination in other areas. namaste Mike > > >"s.b." wrote: > > > hello...does anyone know any mantra/asana/pranayama for addictive >behaviours (nicotine, food...) and to > > help me learn to love my body?
