Guest guest
Sat Nam Marcos: There is a basic overview of meditational practice here: kundalini yogameditat.html This website has plenty of helpful hints on many aspects of KY, and also includes some basic kriyas and meditations. If you have any further questions, please ask us. You might also want to get a book, such as one of Gururattan's wonderful books, each of which contains many different meditations to experiment with. Hope it goes well for you! Many blessings, Sadhant Singh
Guest guest
Namaste, I have been using a rather effective device called the Infrasonic Qi Gong Chaos Massager for the past 3-4 months. The first night I used it, I woke up the next morning with an unusually fantastic sensation through my whole body. It's as if my body felt 20 degrees warmer that whole day. Now when I use it, I don't feel the effects as much as I used to, but I know I'm feeling a lot more flexible and full of energy. Here's where I purchased mine, I'm sure you'll get it a lot cheaper here than you will anywhere else. http://www.elixa.com/estim/Qigong.htm If anybody here has any information on the location of Chi meridians and methods for treament (electric-acupuncture, polarity therapy, etc.), please let me know. I use it mostly on the meridian 2 inches below the navel, which is supposed to help with Neurosis, but I'm looking for more ways to use it as effectively as possible. There's another machine that they sell called the Foot Shaker, which looks very helpful: http://www.elixa.com/estim/shaker.htm I haven't purchased one yet, but plan on getting one soon, I suggest you do the same. For Yoga, I've been trying to maintain at least 1 hour of Asana practice each day for the past 5 months. I do a full Vinyasa flow series which provides a completely balanced workout, so there's absolutely no partiality. I'd suggest "Total Yoga" for those who are just getting into fitting Yoga into their daily schedule. It's the only series I'm familiar with, but it has worked great for me, so far. http://www.whitelotus.com > > Hello, Marcos Vera, > I am a Chinese, living in Beijing now. Guest guest
Dear Marcos, > I'm started to practice a simple meditations every nights in my house, so I'd like to have some tips and technics to start a better ways because I can't get a lot experience about only myself practice. Maybe I not doing a right session. Do some pranyama or KY before to get your body relaxed and the energy flowing. Arms to the sides, palms up with breath of fire is very good to be able to concentrate at the third eye and the tip of the nose ( important for meditation) Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
