I have one of his books and find it very helpful. Any recommendations or favorites? Is there anyway I can be deleted from the group for that time period and then picked up after the 7th without unsubscribing from the list? Thank you. You can login to (if you signed up while our list was under eGroups or Onelist you will be able to use that information, only be sure to register the same email you initially signed up with), go to "My Groups" and change the delivery preference for Kundaliniyoga to "no mail". When you get back from sunny Espanola you can change it back to "individual emails" or "daily digest". This is all it takes.
