Guest guest
Sat Nam Amanda: > I love love the Guru Guru Wahe Guru Guru Ram Dass(sp?) Guru Of course you can use this wonderful mantra as a primary meditation, and it is typically practiced with the focus at the third eye (hands in gyan mudra). Try to complete a full cycle of the mantra with each breath. BTW, you can get musical versions of this mantra which are delightful to sing or chant along with - it is the last of the seven chants which many KY practitioners do for early morning sadhana, so any sadhana tape/CD will include it. Another nice meditation with this mantra is to use shuni mudra (middle fingertip to thumbtip) with the right hand and surya mudra (ring tip to thumb tip) with the left hand (men should reverse these instructions). The eyes are 9/10 closed, focus at the tip of the nose, and the chant is done in a soft monotone for 11-31 minutes (this would not typically be done with music). May all love surround you, Sadhant
Guest guest
Hi to All, Just to remind everyone that we now have a Sadhana CD available from the Yogatech Store (www.yogatech.com) - it is a complete 62 minute version with all the chants, sung by Siri Ved Kaur Khalsa. You can listen to Real Audio clips of each chant on the site. Sat Nam!
