Guest guest
Sat Nam Gabriele: I think the best resource for developing the mind is a book titled "The Mind", by Gurucharan Singh and Yogi Bhajan. Along with the very useful commentary which provides considerable insight into the inner workings of the mind, there are over 40 different meditations to develop the various aspects, projections, and facets of the mind. I attended a seminar that Gurucharan teaches on the concepts and practices in this book - one of the exercises that we did was a test which results in a picture of which aspects of our minds are well- developed, which ones need development for balance, and so forth. Based on the results of the test, I practiced some of the meditations that seemed to fit my needs from time to time. 5 months later, I took a similar test, and discovered, quite to my surprise, that considerable changes had occurred, even though I had not really focused my practice on those meditations. Love & blessings, Sadhant

Guest guest
Rick and All You can get this and any other book available from amazon.com from our Web site - www.kundaliniyoga.com/books.html Please use this feature, rather than buying from Amazon direct - you get the same prices but it helps us to cover the costs of providing, maintaining and upgrading our site.
