Guest guest
Dear Avtar I have had the same problem with my gums bleeding when I brush my teeth. I found I was reacting to the fluoride in the toothpaste and now use an herbal and Ayurvedic toothpaste called Vicco, since then my gums have stopped bleeding. Hope this helps. Guest guest
I have to second the Neem idea. Neem is an ayurvedic herb that has been used for centuries for various problems from dental care to skin care. In fact, for the people on the list that are looking for a solution for eczema and acne, Neem is renowned for improving if not completely clearing these conditions. A link to check is www.neemaura.com or just do a search on Neem Tree. sat nam, Kelly kelly mitchell Media Principia-Ex-centris Montreal,Quebec www.ex-centris.com <http://www.ex-centris.com> Gururattan K.Khalsa [rattanak] Thursday, November 30, 2000 2:28 PM Kundaliniyoga Re: Re: Bleeding gums > found I was reacting to the fluoride in the toothpaste and now use an > herbal and Ayurvedic toothpaste called Vicco, since then my gums have > stopped bleeding. Also flossing everyday stops the bleeding. THey may bleed at first but then it stops. Also stops decay. What they say is true. When I stopped using Crest toothpaste years ago, I got considerably less cancor sores too. I'm religious about flossing myself which was why I was surprised to have bleeding again. I remembered something I was told years ago - to eat lots of parsley. There's a limit to the amount anyone can eat so I've been making juice out of it by blending it in water in my Vita Mix (which is an amazing machine) to get the whole food and adding in other greens. It made an immediate difference. I'm going to look into the toothpaste too. Thank you all ! Love and Sat Nam Avtar ______________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Guest guest
Hope this info is going to right person. I've had bleeding gums for years. I recently started taking Coenzyme Q-10 made by Q-GEL FORTE (1-888-368-8891). While the product is a little expensive $29.00 for a bottle of 60 capsules, the Q-10 stopped my bleeding gums and is good for your heart, brain and circulation. You can call the store and they will give you the details. The Best, Glenn Backes
