Guest guest
Sorry to be late! Please find below the exercises recommended to improve hearing, from Yogi Bhajan's book (these can be practiced separately): 1. To prevent aggravation: Get into rock pose. From this position, raise the buttocks and lower the head until one year is resting on the floor. The pressure of the upper body should be on that ear. Rest in this position for 5 minutes then switch ears and continue for 5 more minutes. 2. To improve hearing: Frog pose for 3 minutes (at least). 3. To cleanse the ears (general care): Sit on the left heel, the right leg stretched straight forward in front of you. Grabbing your extended toes or ankle with both hands, put the left ear on the right leg, or as close to it as you can get it. Hold the position while doing breath of fire for 3 minutes. Then switch legs and ears and repeat for 3 minutes. This exercise (Kanar Kriya) can also be done in half lotus. I hope this helps! Best wishes to your student.
