Guest guest
Sat Nam, Dear Amanda, > > I was wondering who Guru Ram Das was and why the Guru Guru Wahe Guru Guru > > Ram Das Guru meditation mantra is so powerful? Guru Ram Das was the fourth Sikh Guru. He lived in India and built the Golden Temple which has four doors. One in each direction so that everyone no matter what faith or orientation would have an entrance that they felt comfortable to enter and pray together. The waters around this Temple are very healing and many miracleshave occurred there. He was a humble orphan who was named Guru because of his consciousness. He washed the feet of the beggars at night and was the Guru during the day. He embodies the energy of healing through love, devotion and humbility. The mantra carries the energy of Guru Ram Das and calls upon the energy that he embodied. Yogi Bhajan says that all he does is call on Guru Ram Das and miracles happen. One way to do that is to simply say, Hail Guru Ram Das, in the Name of Guru Ram Das heal ---- and heal the world. May Guru Ram Das bless you, Gururattan Kaur
