Guest guest
Re Chronic Fatigue :- Thanks for the advice, Susan. Blue-green algae didn't work for me when I tried it...Thanks for the advice about not unsticking more energy than I can clear. What I've done with that is to do the same routine as previously, but to allow my body more time to rest or to move spontaneously to shake out whatever needs to clear. Results are encouraging - definite improvement in how I feel after the session. ******* Re Karma. For much of the 30 years I have been engaged in spiritual practise I have been primarily focussed on the development of pure awareness / mindfulness / Self - Remembering, using energetic and meditative methods to support my efforts to just Be Awake - and to keep as much of my organism functional as possible. I have noticed that when I am Awake I am not ill, I am functioning on a higher and freer level and not constrained by residual chains of cause and effect on the denser, more conditioned levels. My World becomes a World governed by higher laws, a greater experience of interconnectedness is present and some pretty groovy synchronicities, intuitions and downright miracles keep things flowing. Then I fall asleep again - for a while... Sat Nam, Ian Sanders.
Guest guest
Sat Nam Ian, Yes, yes, yes! Gururattan, in her books and newsletters always talk about feeling in the body what is happening to us. You reached to this wonderful conclusion by direct experience because you are keeping an eye on you. I think that our bodies are the voice of our Soul telling us when we are going through the wrong path. Unfortunately, most people don't like to see things this way and they pay very high for their choice. Don't worry, Ian, we all fall asleep many, many times till we learn to be Awake for good. We are engaged in a learning process, a very dynamic process that will gradually empowering us. You already know it better than I do. May I suggest you some thoughts? When meditating, ask your body what is it trying to tell you, ask your Soul what can *you* do to solve your health problem, then just listen, be attentive to everything but don't expect anything in special. Our Soul has a myriad of suggestions to graciously give. Love&Sat Nam, Gabyclau Friday, December 08, 2000, 6:57:29 PM, you wrote: IS> ******* IS> Re Karma.
